What is Store Credit?
Store Credit is a digital balance issued to your customer account after your returned product has been successfully inspected and approved by our quality team.
The Store Credit can be used to purchase any eligible product available on the Aavya Jewellers website.
How It Works
- Submit your return request within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Return the product in its original condition with:
- Original tag attached
- Original packaging
- Invoice and certificate (if applicable)
- Our quality team will inspect the returned product.
- Once approved, Store Credit equal to the eligible order value will be added to your account.
- You can use your Store Credit during checkout for future purchases.
Store Credit Terms
- Store Credit is issued only after successful return inspection.
- Store Credit is non-transferable and can only be used by the account to which it is issued.
- Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a bank account.
- Store Credit can only be redeemed on purchases made through the Aavya Jewellers website.
- If your new order exceeds your available Store Credit balance, you can pay the remaining amount using any available payment method.
- If your purchase amount is less than your available Store Credit, the remaining balance will stay in your account for future use.
- Store Credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards (if applicable).
- Aavya Jewellers reserves the right to modify or cancel Store Credit in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of our policies.
